Litigation

Dr. Tang's litigation experience includes representing clients in federal courts beginning with the pre-suit investigation work, pleadings practice and up and through expert discovery and dispositive motion practice. He has litigated patent cases, including patent suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Previous Experience

Prior to graduating from Harvard Law School, Dr. Tang was a postdoctoral Research Associate at the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and a Lecturer-in-Biology at Brandeis University.

Prior to joining RMMS, Dr. Tang was a litigation associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi LLP.
