Mr. Lord is involved in all areas of the firm's patent litigation practice and has experience with numerous types of complex litigation including patent cases, trade secret misappropriation cases and contract cases. He has experience at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations, to handling fact and expert discovery, depositions, and drafting a wide range of briefs. Mr. Lord also has experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including ex parte reexaminations.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining RMMS, Mr. Lord was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP. Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Lord was a pharmaceutical chemist at Eli Lilly & Company, where, among other things, he designed and implemented validation programs for several biological medicines.
