Todd A. Cox is an associate at Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP and holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering.

Mr. Cox is involved in all areas of the firm's patent litigation practice. He has particular experience in patent infringement suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, where he is involved in many aspects of intellectual property litigation, including fact and expert discovery, and motions practice. Mr. Cox also is involved in the firm's patent counseling work.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP, Mr. Cox was of counsel with Senak Smith & Michaud, Ltd. Mr. Cox also previously worked as a research assistant for the Kellogg School of Management, performing Hatch-Waxman-related research. He also served as summer associate at Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP.

While at the University of Nebraska, Mr. Cox spent time as a Research and Development Engineer Co-op at Goodyear Engineered Products, where he developed experimental rubber compounds and wrote product and test specifications for use by lab technicians.
