Eric R. Hunt is an associate at Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP and holds a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering.

Mr. Hunt is involved in all areas of the firm’s patent litigation practice.  Mr. Hunt, for example, is involved in several Hatch-Waxman patent infringement suits involving prescription pharmaceutical drugs.  His work in this area has given him experience in many aspects of intellectual property litigation, including fact and expert discovery.  Mr. Hunt also assists with statutory and regulatory issues arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
